ORDER INFORMATION

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once you submit your screenshots and place your order, your screenshots will then be approved by our design team. Production will take place 1 business day after the screenshot approval. Custom Chel Jerseys take 3-4 weeks for production. All other items will ship in 1-3 business days.
DESIGN CONTENT STANDARDS:
ChelJersey's design team prides itself on the ability to deliver quality custom artwork designed to your team’s unique taste. Due to copyright issues, we cannot make a Custom Chel Jersey with registered trademarks by EA Sports or the National Hockey League (NHL).
If your screenshot is rejected, you will be given an opportunity to send a more clear screenshot so that it can be produced. Though we will make every effort to inform you that we must reject such items as early in the process as possible, please note that these changes may increase the design time.
If you are providing a file to us and think some of the content may not pass, please bring this up with customer service at the time of order. This may prevent delays later.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
Please Note: Because customized products are personalized to you, once your order is placed, we cannot cancel or make changes to your order.
**NO Changes will be allowed for Fill in Orders or once Mockup is Approved.
DIGITIZATION FEE FOR EMBROIDERY:
Embroidery orders will be subject to a $50.00 Digitization fee for converting the artwork to a workable Embroidery file. The only exception would be if you have previously used the same logo in Embroidery with ChelJerseys and paid the Digitization fee already.
PLAYER NAME INPUT BY FONT CASE SELECTED:
Enter the player’s name(s) on the Builder(s) exactly as you wish them to appear on the jersey(s) in the Player Name Font Case selected.
Note about Name/Number Sizing: ChelJerseys follows different size standards for player names and numbers on men’s, women’s, and youth jersey sizes. If you would like all player information to be the same size regardless of the garment size, add this information to the NOTES field when saving your Design thru the Builder.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo. We will also accept Purchase orders from Schools. A money order or Cashier’s check may be mailed into us once an estimate has been created with a customer care specialist.
How do I use my open credit on my next order?
A Customer Care Specialist will gladly help you apply your credit to your next order.
How do I place a Team Order?

Can you color match our existing uniforms?
ChelJerseys will make its best effort to match, but an exact match is often not possible. We will not be held responsible for mismatch color(s) of your uniform(s). If you would like to provide us your font files or color codes, you can add them to the notes section of your order.
How can I view my previous orders or check the status of an order?
You can view your previous order history under My Account, or a Customer Care Specialist will gladly help you with your order history or the status of a current order.
How do I change my account information or email address?
To update your account information please log in to your account online and update your information under settings or you may contact a Customer Care Specialist for assistance.

How should I wash my apparel/accessories?
Washing instructions are provided on the tag of each item. Generally, instructions are as follows: Machine wash cold with like color. Air dry or tumble dry low.
